My Story

Growing up, I was fortunate to have a mother who prioritized healthy eating. Her own experience with health challenges led her to adopt a whole-foods diet, and that became the foundation of our family's lifestyle. We rarely consumed processed or fast food, choosing instead fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. This early exposure to healthy eating has been influential in maintaining my own optimal health.

Over the years, I thought this way of caring for yourself was normal and what most people did to maintain their health. It wasn't until my friends and colleagues started asking me for advice on how to reduce inflammation, get out of pain, lose weight, and get rid of high blood pressure that I started to realize not everyone was taught how to live in a way that supports their health and wellbeing. I found that these people I cared so much about were happily shocked and surprised that the changes I would suggest would make such a big difference and improve their health dramatically! They began to drop the unwanted pounds, reduce pain and inflammation, lower their blood pressure and as a result often felt better than they had in YEARS! Together we were witnessing the miraculous power their bodies have to heal and repair when given the right customized care for their unique situation. The best part? The results were LASTING because we focused on sustainable lifestyle changes rather than extreme diets or excessive workouts.

This was so gratifying and rewarding to me that what started out as just giving people a few pointers here and there has turned into a burning desire and passion to help as many women as possible look and feel their best!
